- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had my rental with this company for about a year and a half and really regret it... It was a property I put a lot of money into getting it ready for a long term tenant and I tried searching for a company that I felt would do a good job... Only to find out they put a tenant in the property with pets after I specifically told them I did not want this. To make matters even worse they did not call me until the tenant moved out and guess what surprise I received a multiple thousand dollar bill of replacing carpets that were brand new before the tenants were put in... they didn't even have the decency to call me on their own mistake...
