  Do not judge a book by its cover. These apartments look nice but they need to be torn down and rebuilt from the ground up. As one other reviewer mentioned you will think your neighbors are a wild herd of elephants when in fact they are just regular sized people. I went through pounds of earthquake putty just to make sure my things wouldn't fall off the walls/shelves when people walked around. And do not let the leasing agents fool you.... they smile and seem nice but they will not actually ever take care of your concern because a policy from some policy land will become the excuse. They can say 'no' with such a sweet demeanor. See how responses to the reviews seem so nice? I bet you most of these people didn't actually get anything resolved. Highest rent in town and the place is all smoke and mirrors. I gave two stars for the appeal of the grounds and for the size of the apartments. Oh, one more thing. If you have a pet you will pay a pet deposit to cover damages, a monthly pet rent (for who knows what), and if your pet eliminates on the property grounds they threaten to fine you $50. Use the monthly animal rent for the upkeep and deal with the fact that our beloved animals will pee on your grass. PS: Jessica's responses to disgruntled tenants are all the same and she will not actually do anything to provide 'excellent customer service'. Also, they don't just ask you to pick up after your pets, they ask you nicely (or they will fine you $$) to make sure they do not eliminate (#1 or #2) on the property!!
